#SmallWeb definition + your ideas?
(just shooting from the hip here what I think it is and can be changeable with your reasoning hopefully to hone it):
#SmallWeb is not having a really massive umbrella platform
#SmallWeb is not dealing with peopel or platform with near-0 mutual relationship. So a cold relationship for your webspace from big unmutual provider is more surely not SmallWeb...
#SmallWeb can be PeerTube (over YouTube) especially if the host is picked or inviting less commercialism and shares the same as me or similar vibes towards more of the same as the end goal.
SmallWeb as a movement isn't looking to take over or dominate others as a monopoly (commercial or even uncommercial). It just is itself and had it's own principles. If that should reign or be popular it's because users care and choose that, not ignorantly just open any old webspace.
SmallWeb is more picky and chosen from these types of measured principles or footprint (small is beautiful / conscious choices).
