If you block the road yes, to some level that works, but by the 2nd day they are going to overwhelm you / get an earlier head-start / jump you before you get there (if you announce it too much for example).

Not to say all protest is bad or even saying publicly but it lacks the end thoughts... IF THE END IS IMPORTANT TO YOU?

So at the very end... if I'm right (and after seeing the actual result) sometimes aside from "a bit of awareness" not much comes from protest because people didn't care to start with and still don't" - so it's real engagement that is the answer, if you can do that in protest and more lower risk to everyone else.

Protesting basically doesn't change much or changes a little BUT ALSO gives bigger signals to your 'enemy' <==which I don't think is over stating it. They firmly stand against you / all causes.

So you give them more excuse and work to do. More money to spend. Sad but it's deliberately rigged unless you really cut off the beasts arms.

What might help is asking / considering

- do we get ready to go all the way / lock enemy out of responding the next day in order to escalate or are we just gesturing. What does either actual get us as a physical thing at the end (not just whimsical thinking)

- remember your token gestures are worth NEAR-0 unless you really can measure internally something solid and 'break' how people don't care... THEY DIDN'T CARE OVER 20 YEARS SO WHY WOULD THEY NOW? Really I've conversed to the level you're like "they are right - why am I helping those that say I DON'T REALLY WANT HELP are are NOT GOING TO TAKE THE FIGHT AFTER?"

- Need actual change - talking to people personally - else it's just pining for you bullies to give up their power (NEAR-0 CHANCE)

Overall protest can signal to bullies / existing professional enforces / sharks / what they need to stop it happening in future - they are just doing their job... almost just like you...

so for example I suggest you consider subtly chaining their vehicles to stop their mobility or make it harder to move when they go to drive (not seeing the damage before)

It's like stopping or asking someone to stop - big difference AND YOU KNOW THE ANSWER - ASKING OR PROTESTING ONLY GIVES YOUR INTENT AWAY - HIT HARD / NICELY

So I hope this provides some insight with various levels of observation in these theoretical experiences...

If you have some ideas let me know and I'll let you know how for example LESS EXTREME can have more effect (like the annoying / disabling of vehicles rather than obvious smashing loudly that they will fix/replace)
