Latest update from @Unitil@twitter.com has the number of outages at approximately 9,500 customers as of 10PM, and includes the sentence, "We also encourage you to follow our storm updates via our Twitter feed (@Unitil)."
...I'm really kinda missing being able to complain at brands publicly like I could on Twitter; the whole "no advertising" thing about Mastodon means that they're never going to come here...
@egallager We certainly have to do it ourself - all of it!
Then we can complain nicely - so it doesn't falls on deliberately-deaf ears - even if seems to be public.
#DIY makes us responsible and able to replicate components of our lives ourselves and repair / choose better. But does needs to get to that level first which is it I think...
