#Larger #groups tend to lose track or leave it to yearly reports or just hemorrhage money to get something done when leaving it to others to spend when frankly they don't care about people ot doing it using "the people work" involved in other ways... yeah "just pay for it"

...of course it varies but good spending is when everyone can see and try spend money BUT then have to justify and even #alternatives than cheap or expensive stuff. #Sharing more / limiting each other etc. Small #coop #Community not just #computers
