The truth is hard to admit.

Often doesn't work when it's inside an onion skin of problems, in which you might snipe the core problem by talking about it (through the onion type of layers) but the layers dampen you shot to the core of the onion and indeed the soul....

Sometimes you have to let crisis happen if people don't thank you for the message / opportunity to work on it.
