@AndresPlazaR Nice picture!
Wait!... Atari "Stacy" - what the,,,! ?

@freeschool It is the first "laptop" created by Atari (in quotes, because it weighs 7 Kg.). It is a full ST computer, with up to 4 MB of RAM. It has a great story. Then came the Atari STBook.

@AndresPlazaR I almost don't believe you and have avoided looking at the wikipedia for fear of proving myself wrong BECAUSE I know I've looked at that page QUITE A FEW TIMES and how I missed that is impossible for me to reconcile! 💣 💣 💣 💣 💣 💣 💣 💣 💣 💣 💣 💣 💣 💣 💣 💣 💣 💣 💣 💣

hehe - and 7kg isn't bad all in - actually I'd say that's genius considering what they were working with at the time and even compaing to laptops now only recently coming out of half that as HP or IBM T series laptops etc...

With LCD too and rollerball - I really think that is amazing! Being able to link it just shows "BASIC" longevity of it all !

@freeschool The STacy was supposed to work with C size batteries, but it did not last too long, only a few minutes.
Here are my posts about repairing the STBook:

@AndresPlazaR Love the phpBB posts... loads in my old browser at least! New sites that don't load are full of sin - so props for using oldschool style stuff. Like how you link to others (maybe copy and past or screenshot scroll them as they might disappear or to archive in one folder what's relative for repair!)
