Ceefax using O instead of 0 in page numbers. Maybe because slashed zero looks too much like 8. Maybe because someone just thought it looked nicer. Either way it defeats automatic hyperlinking. I bet they didn't think it would cause a problem for someone 48 years later.

Just out of mild interest (not to jump myself into a giant teletext rabbit hole) but where would one go for a website about Teletext... something a bit more personal to someone here I can interact with (rather than cold website)
It is quite interesting though I'm not sure how right now... Think ages ago saw something on YouTube but also anything personal or step by step enjoying it would be quite cool...
