#webring / #smallweb sites that group regularly

#RSS feeder type thing
e.g. petrolette.space

(hashtags might lead to something)

AND I actually saw this as a site done by someone or similar idea for one's own personal site, like a TV screen frame that simply auto-played random videos from person's storage including other people's stuff sometimes... a mix of things that could be chosen - I'd love to have that...

There was even the TV snow crunch in between media changes with audio like someone was changing the channels on old TV... genius.
