@ChrisMayLA6 Quick reply aesthetically - I took from just what you said about him focusing "on the longer term contribution of the process," which I think #Fediverse can do with what we each love to do if we can put that first instead of fear.
The micro-increments in working FOR each other rather than expecting a bigger unit or group or project or whatever we expect voting.

2 people is all it takes to could start a bit of looking and plenty of people with free time and free work offered (I have done this and my experiences and it measurable shows the little focus on each other and uptake on relationship building - even free work. Actually people are perhaps in paid-only mode and giving that legitimacy which is what you get and blocking too.
