Rosalino has worked harvesting lettuce hearts for 15 years. "l get up at 4am daily to be able to get to the field and begin work at 6am. My crew is made up of around 38 workers and we harvest around 1,800 to 2,000 boxes a 8-9 hr day." #WeFeedYou

@ufwupdates I honestly respect low paid worker that literally help feed others BUT the quality of person being fed sometimes is so disappointing that makes me question the whole extraction process from earth (which probably has enough to give but I'm thinking the system is over producing for a select class above the worker and not caring as about important things like equality overall). 😐
