Give people a service, then make them suffer when using it with increasingly bad quality seeing how much they can stand and profit the shit out of it!
1- Give the people a #service (#NHS, #internet etc)
2- Start to implement greater profit techniques
3- THEN CRUSH THEM USING THE SERVICE...
4- MAKE IT AS WORSE AS IT GETS
5. THEN SELL IT AT ROCK BOTTOM.

NHS -- socialized medicine -- is by definition not capitalism.
What you are describing is how speculators are destructive shareholders.
