I love buying and selling used items.my old vacuum cleaner is not working very well (wires don't go into it) so I put it online for 20 euro (with lots of accessories) and sold it yesterday

Today, I picked up a pretty decent used one for 25.

Mellie didn't like my vacuuming and barked and followed me everywhere.

@faab64 So people knew it wasn't working well but bought anyway, maybe for some other reason like spares?
What's best platforms for selling?
Thanks

@freeschool
No, I live in south of France. People move in for seasonal work and leave at the end of season.

Here I use the site leboncoin.fr which is a pretty good site, decent quality and security, plus, this weekend, all items shipped anywhere in France up to 10kg is only 1 euro (paid by the buyer).

You can choose to pay in cash (local) or via their app, plus the charge that is increasing all the time and now it's minimum 1 euro and up to 10 depending on the item.

@faab64 So I still didn't get the connection with someone buying a used hoover (which I'm sure many know they can also get a new for cheap in any shop) and then the mention of the seasonal work as the answer... (?) I didn't get that connection, sorry.

Interesting site you mention though. Only in France I guess.
