For the **5th** time I have filed a claim with the mobile phone service's insurance group. Each previous has been rejected for the same reason. I have verified each time that the justification is WRONG.

I am likely to be a bit ragey, you have been warned.

@Amgine Take to their ombudsman / those that legally they have to be more respectful to.
Usually you complain once or twice then there is a ladder above to complain to (like Supreme court of sorts) as they companies will give the run around and many customers don't know the same complaint you can merely give intro to and send same copy to their legal ombudsman / investigators to do the work for you.

This makes companies financial hassle to answer so they can end up 'magically' awarding you / accepting your claim... like Magic ... called leverage!
