Because new technologies appear several times during a typical school year, teachers are under constant pressure to adopt and adapt. This highlights the ongoing need for educator support.

@garyackerman Or to cluster tech review and adoption processes during the summer?! There is no emergency demanding tech adoption throughout the year, which, if happening, would be disruptive to teachers as well as students. Institutions can create their own adoption cycles, and they can do so thoughtfully. (Which is not to say teachers don't also need adoption support)
