@realcaseyrollins@mstdn.social @NHonigdachs@norden.social I am not sure if that's the case, technically. If so, I agree. Net Neutrality is supposed to be about the equal treatment of traffic, not the equal split of resources to domains.
Of course, the concept is to give users the power of choice - having access to all information in a decent way, instead of being told what site to visit and being discouraged or even blocked from sources the ISPs don't favour. There have been some intentional slow-downs, even before the laws went into effect.
