@amerika that’s why it isn’t fixed. There’s no incentive to do it when it is generating income.

I think it is why we have traffic enforcement generally.

A better answer would be to let the private courts handle it.

You hit someone, they sue you, you go to the poorhouse.

@amerika it’s a complex issue and we are not doing it right. I’m not sure that’s the solution but I’m not a fan of how traffic enforcement of auto insurance is done right now.

I like streamlined solutions. The more complex something is, the more the bureaucracy becomes important, raising costs and slowing everything down.

I am also not a fan of the status quo. Our insurance here is very expensive because of the high number of uninsured drivers.
