It took selling a bunch of stuff to get this Steam Deck. Fortunately I had stuff left after having to sell most of my stuff to keep a roof over my head the last 18 months.
A synthesizer and a big ass pile of Magic cards.
I have no regrets.
@retrosponge I’ve not regretted getting it 😄 I’ve ended up using it more than the XBox.
@retrosponge enjoy :) one thing I found was that the standard capacitive touch sticks don't have a lot of grip. Eventually, I ordered some Skull & Co. thumb grips and those work very well. However, the capacitive part no longer works, so gyro has to be set to always on if you use gyro :)
@gpowerf I'll see how it goes. I did get grips for my PS Vita when I got it.
That capacitive thing is very cool though.
@gpowerf I'm disabled and sitting at my desk just doesn't work sometimes. I've got my PC hooked to my tv as well but playing from the couch is also less than ideal.
I am very excited.
