Did anyone watch any of the HCS games yesterday? I did catch some of it. Pro players are incredible!!!

Do other players load their games from tape? Honestly at times it is like 5 minutes!

I wish my main gaming screen could do 40FPS, 40 is the ‘s sweet spot usually.

Another great night of using my house as a skating rink. Why not? I’m in my late 40s, I’m an adult… who is going to stop me?

It is interesting seeing the data that Microsoft published.

Sure, we've known all along that Xboxes are very American consoles in a market dominated by Japan. But it is interesting to see how tiny it really is.

It is bound to get smaller too, right? With Game Pass being accessible on PC and potentially GFN too why would most people buy the dedicated box?

Europe
🔵 PlayStation - 80%
🟢 Xbox - 20%

Japan
🔵 PlayStation - 96%
🟢 Xbox - 4%

Global
🔵 PlayStation - 70%
🟢 Xbox - 30%

Don't take this as fanboyism, I don't even have a PS5 but I do have a Series S. I'm merely commenting on where I see Microsoft going with gaming and to me it makes more sense for them to concentrate on the Game Pass service and deliver those games to PC, GFN, and anywhere else that makes sense... Heck, why not replace the dedicated Xbox with a small gaming PC /laptod/handheld that can be used for more than just games. A Microsoft Steam Deck of sorts.

Why Microsoft? 😓 really is

I don’t use it often, but when I do, it disappoints…

I seriously miss Stadia sometimes

Given that gasoline/petrol is highly flammable and can be explosive… where does this sign leave us? No to most cars?

I experienced this last night shopping. There is a vegetable shortage.

Weirdly enough all the local small shops are totally unaffected. It is just the large supermarkets.

So now that Microsoft and Nintendo have signed this deal can we look forward to Mario on PC too? ;)

This is what I had been looking for in and I finally got to see it :) The inner workings of Hogwart's clock.

Do you use Steam Input to customize controls and enable gyro input for your PC games that don't support it natively? If so, you might be interested to know that similar functionality can be achieved on gaming consoles (Xbox specifically), even if they lack native gyro support.

Two pieces of hardware that do this are the Armor X Pro which maps the gyro to stick, and the XIM NExus which maps the gyro to mouse.

These are not cheap, however, the benefits are huge!

PS: I'm well aware that the brand XIM specifically is sadly associated with cheating and some of the more advanced macro functions of controllers like these can be used to cheat. However, my main interest in them is to use the gyro aspect. Simply do what Steam Input can do, just remapping.
