@ambihelical @herid I'm also curious how those extra features mesh with other instances from a federation perspective? As things like the character count works in the Tusky app here. Is it basically if it's supported by ActivityPub it's all cool?

@magicaltrout @ambihelical good question. would like to know that too. quoting toots doesn't seem to work. well sort of. it converts quoted toots into links. LaTeX formatting doesn't seem to work at all in the ios app, it just shows the LaTeX code. but that is not really surprising.
