Many Ontarians are suffering through an awful healthcare experience right now &
Ford's #private hospitals sound like a perfect solution, especially to someone who's on a surgical waitlist.
However, #Ontario hospitals currently have Operating Rooms sitting unused due to lack of funding & lack of staff. The infrastructure is already there, Ford just needs to provide the funding and staff that would keep OR's open longer - perhaps even 24/7 to address the surgical backlog.

Suppose there is a profession where there are an equal sized pool of qualified candidates in two groups - let's say "right-handed" and "left-handed" to keep the example relatively neutral. Some recruiters are unbiased and would pick right-handed candidates 50% of the time and left-handed candidates 50% of the time, but other recruiters are quite biased against left-handers and would only pick them 10% of the time, choosing right-handers 90% of the time. 1/
