Its basically a set of instances that agree to a basic code of ethics and agree to federate with other instances in the UFoI. Any admitance and expulsion undergoes evidence-based due process, no gossip or angy mobs.

@annaleen Their nonsense goes into a black box and comes out Utopian Future. We're going to select perfect embryos. Ok, intelligence: we don't know where it is on the DNA. Or we'll select against bad stuff, but pretty much all embryos have something bad. We're not even close to knowing how to do this. Hell, we can't keep women safe through normal childbirth.
