The pandemic paradox
Should we manage to contain, people will say „all of these measures were bullshit. It worked. Why all of this?“
If we fail they‘ll say „Nobody could have planned for that and it all failed anyway!“
You cannot win support. You just have to do it. #COVID19

@jwildeboer Sort of like 9/11: the worst of it was "contained" and so the laity thought "Nothing happened! What was that all about??" Exactly: "nothing" happened because IT WAS PREVENTED FROM HAPPENING!!! So, so few appreciate an ounce of prevention...
