OMG FINALLY found a 3rd party app for Mastodon that makes it look/feel less like I’m using a chat room! And it’s by the makers of Tweetbot, which I used for years before Elon blew up Twitter. It’s called Ivory. (NOT an ad, btw, I’m just genuinely excited to find it.) 👍🏼

@JeriLRyan the apps are so important to the platform. Ivory is a jewel and it makes browsing Mastodon a delight. Everything is smooth and feels just right. Other great apps (soma already mentioned) are Mona and Ice Cubes. The success of Mastodon definitely will fall on the shoulders of 3rd party apps.
