the more you know. music history is a beautiful thing

c.c. rider is one of those really old, old, old blues songs. no one knows who wrote it, it's just been passed down for almost (or over) a century now. it's a good tune. i believe the oldest known recording is 1925 by /ma rainey/, but do correct me if you find an older one. it's like the song /sweet home chicago/, no one knows who wrote that song, it's just been passed down through the years. the original take on /sweet home chicago/ is actually a song by scrapper blackwell (1928), and it's a song about kokamo indiana. but even before blackwell picked up the song, it was passed down

it's never too late to do the right thing, you just have to start and don't worry about what anyone else says, just take it, eat it, and move on

also, don't forget to look at your own progress. look at the entire road you've been down, since before it started, hopefully you've also made incredible progress, just look at that road behind you, look at all you've done and accomplished, i just hope whoever is listening that's it's something which feels positive and incites aspiration. if it doesn't, it's never too late to do something else. just because you've supported something in the past, doesn't mean you have to continue, or that you're wrong for advocating against it

personal statement on well being: i'm still personally seriously lacking in funding, tools, resources, networks, hugs, cuddles, snuggles, love, joy, and self defense capabilities. could use help with that, still, but i've continued to make serious and noticeable progress with mental health, and also continuing my own education and process of self actualization. it shows. i'm still here, still trying, still moving forward, still helping, still improving, still trying to make things better. still listening, still paying attention. but i'm also still under attack and at risk, it's hard. i was never really broken, just very hurt and in a lot of danger. what i called broken was just suffering and agony, and i've continued my own pursuit of breaking those chains. i'm not just trying, i'm doing, but i'm still struggling with a lot. i'm doing the best i can with what i have, which isn't much

been gettin' real down and dirty into learning some old, old, old, delta blues finger picking too. it's sounding good. i'll post an improve sometime soon

y'all, you'd like my naan and gobhi chana masala. mmm, mm. been learning to cook a few other things too. i'll post some pics sometime

it's better than empty uncaring words

i've got to work on my attitude expressing firmness and resolve, but sometimes you just gotta say it how it comes

go suck steven banons dick then, you're already letting him fuck you

wow, gab's still stuck in an echo chamber getting raped by steven banon who admittedly laughed at all of them and how stupid and easily manipulated they are

and now they want to turn me into a vegetable and rape me for the rest of my life, wow, go figure

because ignorant pieces of shit gave everything to a pet murdering pedophile that gave everything away to police and pedophiles

i can't afford anything, because i've been poor my whole life

kombucha club is an awesome underground scene on the south side though. wish i could go back. awesome shit

kombucha is unnecessarily expensive though, i can't readily afford it. it's usually listed as a specialized product. fuck capitalism too

put 'em up bucko, gloves off, more probiotics for me
