A perfect use case for a small 3D printer. I need volume reducers for the air shock on one of my bikes. They are just plastic tokens that go inside the air can which reduces the amount of air in the shock. This causes the shock travel resistance to ramp up so it doesn't bottom out as easy on jumps and drops.

These would cost me around $25 after tax/shipping, not to mention they are sold out almost everywhere. Someone uploaded a file for them and so I just printed them myself.

Very nice! I have two bikes running 3D printed derailleur pulleys at the moment. One PLA, one PETG. Both are holding up well so far, but miles are still low. One is my indoor Zwift machine that will see plenty of use over this winter (PETG ones). The token idea is a use I hadn't thought of; and you're right, it's a perfect use case!
