Vegan chocolate mousse: Drain a small can of chickpeas, which should give you about 100 ml of chickpea water. Using an electric mixer, whip until stiff peaks form. Melt 100 g of dark chocolate, let cool, then combine. Pour the mixture into glasses and chill for a few hours. #nom
