Any long time #Tusky users know how to make my timeline stay at the last read point and then be able to scroll "up"? I have come up with nothing.

Unfortunately it seems the app doesn't support it yet. This seems to be the feature request for it. https://github.com/tuskyapp/Tusky/issues/89
