At first I thought the best option would be to just delete my Dropbox account.
... then to rather fill it up with "fuck you", translated to many languages, repeatedly.
... then to fill it with swearing in text, picture, audio, video forms.
... then to grab a lot of annotated pictures, alter the annotations and upload them to poison their dataset a bit if somehow by any chance it really gets used in training.
I think I'll wait a few more ideas before commiting to it.

@jellycrystals I don't think so. If that uses a generally available encryption it could generate data, encrypt it then learn from that as well.
I think if it uses a recent and (mathematically) secure enough encryption then you and all the data encrypted with it should be safe. After all, these AIs are mostly learning the connections between words and are not really more than autocomplete on steroids.
