I’m awake at 3 am because I was having really disturbing dreams that keep replaying. I don’t know if I’d call then nightmares but definitely unpleasant. The usual sleep music sort of thing isn’t working so I tried searching “sleep after a nightmare”. 😳 Most of the results were. . . Not really my cup of tea. That did distract me for a bit though 😂
