Watched Return To Oz (1985) 🎬 and forgot just how good it is. The Wizard of Oz is dark but I'd say this one is darker and definitely not suitable for young children.
Its set six months after the original movie and Fairuza Balk does a fine job as Dorothy. There are some great new characters and it really was fun. I'm building up to watching Wicked. This movie really does earn its cult classic status. #movies #fantasy #Oz

@MFDOOMALLCAPS Was maybe 8 when I first watched this. Had it on taped VHS and watched it so much the tape wore out. Watched Wicked with my 10 year old. Results were not as favourable... (for both of us)
