I can't help but see this as a very expensive way to impact midterms here in the U.S., as well as future elections locally and abroad. Just to ensure the people can never create another Arab spring.
Maybe that's our fault for allowing the centralizing of discourse into just a few spaces online.
@Decad3nce wired just published an article saying that there will be no policy changes at twitter before the midterm elections. Musk is firing people because he wants Twitter to make a profit.
@jerlich I tend to not trust leadership of any company blindly.
