Leftists: I'm not voting, because the Left isn't Left enough.
The Country, moving more right, because Conservatives do vote.
It's okay to be adversarial towards politicians, we should be demanding more, and questioning them, but ffs be smart enough to choose your adversary.

I know a few people thaat aren't voting because the Left isn't as Left as they are or the Left's candidate doesn't support their positions 100%. I have less use for them than I do MAGA.

If all the leftist vote every time, they force conservatives to be less conservative in order to win. That's why conservatives are getting more extremist over time. They don't need to disguise anymore.
If leftist don't vote, they force the left to become even less leftist in order to win. That's why the left is getting less and less appealing for leftists. It is much effective to win a centrist vote, since they always vote, and each centrist vote won is one less vote for conservatives. It is like winning two votes instead of one. Leftist vote are too easy to lost.
Not voting only makes sense in less important elections, where it can serve as a warning. But in the main ones it is beyond stupid.
