It is WILD to me that this email is actually real. 😲
I was convinced it was a scam, but the headers looked legit enough and I couldn't find any obvious coverage in a web search, so I thought I'd dust off my dormant account and poke around.
And guess what? This is legit!
I just can't believe they think this is acceptable. It should be a given that *nobody* should *ever* trust links in an email like this. The user should be directed to manually log in to the main URL with their browser.
Wild.

Well, now you have an excellent reason to close your account.
Unless they require you to send them that documentation in order to close it, of course.
That kind of catch-22 have bitten me in the past.
