Are you at the wanting to be heard stage or the action oriented stage?
If the latter, I have a tip from my wife that she uses to manage problems like this considering her sensory issues, just let me know if you want her secrets for future trips 😁
@johnabs I was more in the first stage.
But thanks for asking. And now I would also really love to hear tips from your wife as long as they don't include earplugs or similar, not a big fan of those (my normal solution in German trains is just to ask to turn off the sound, but that's a different country 😅)
