@sampo You spelled it all right, according to Wikipedia. Also according to WP, there's a whole museum dedicated to beetroots in Spain.
Anyway, how did they taste? And, why ten? Were they that tasty?
@josemanuel they are very sweet when boiled. 10 because that's how many I cooked and I couldn't stop eating them
