@charadon @ChrisWere it's by design if you use an IRCd that does not have IP cloaking. Most modern IRCd enable this by default on connect and you can disable this by setting /mode -x Libera network follow the old design and you have to ask for a cloak to mask your IP

@charadon What's so difficult about getting a cloak in Libera.chat? You just join a particular channel, ask for the cloak and you're set forever.
