@eSheep That seems really cursed? I just like tomato sauce on pizza. I used to put a lil olive oil on it but I kinda stopped because that’s probably really unhealthy
@che5hire Quite the contrary: olive oil is really healthy. In moderation and not fried, that is. But it really is healthy. It is the main ingredient of the Mediterranean diet after all.
@eSheep@josemanuel I wasn’t implying that olive oil was unhealthy I was implying that pooring olive oil on an already calorically dense food was probably a bad idea.
@che5hire My pizza of choice (rocket, raw tomato and cheese) usually comes bathed in olive oil. Even for my taste it is usually a bit too much, but I'd say it's still healthier than what my nephew orders (i.e., minced meat with BBQ sauce and God knows what else).
@eSheep Probably not on pizza dough (though), because you want to make it light so that all the flavour comes from the rest of the ingredients (the dough is just a base), but I've seen bread made with a touch of oil.
