@wolf480pl I studied elliptic curves recently and I found the math behind them beautiful. Also, at least part of it (namely, modular arithmetic) is not that hard to explain or grasp.
@vaartis May I interest you in the Yakuza series (or its spin-offs)? They are goofy/fun and usually not very long.
@vaartis For some reason, you don't seem very happy about it.
@vaartis What ending did you get? CW it if you want.
@camelliakyoto Why don't you call them 百年坂, 二百年坂 and 三百年坂, then?
@vaartis I don't know about P3, but P5 has several endings too. (You even have to play NG+ to get the whole thing.) It's sort of the norm for these games. Shin Megami Tensei 3 is similar in that regard. Personally, I see it as a good thing. Unlike so many other games, player's choices do matter here.
@vaartis No spoilers, but you will probably be disappointed in at least a couple of ways.
I don't vote, because I firmly believe that if you vote, you have no right to complain.

@veer66 I find those principles helpful in trying to think about and understand my own code (i.e., knowing when it is good and when it is not in terms of structural clarity and correctness). I see myself repeating myself less and using “every part of the buffalo,” as the saying goes.
@veer66 In all seriousness, I'm not even allowed to at my day job; but I try to on my own developments.
@vaartis SMT (at least 3, the only one I''ve tried) is not that hard, either. I don't recommend it, though.
@veer66 Good luck!
@vaartis So, what was your final verdict on P5? Also, did you play P5R or just P5?
Please reboost!

@veer66 The European Lisp Symposium just ended, but maybe there is an ALS where you can meet people and look for professional opportunities.
@vaartis I won't say it will grow on you, because it probably won't, but there's a method to every madness in P5R.
@vaartis With your permission, I'll be stealing the third one here and making it my signature form of apology in online conversations.
In a world that is buckling under the weight of profit making, that is overrun by the destructive sirens of Techno-science and the power hunger of globalization -- that new brand of slavery -- beyond all that, friendship exists, love exists.
