Is it bad form to reply to followers-only posts? I ask because I usually don't get any response from the other person, be it a reply or an acknowledgement of any kind.

Does anyone know how to make Mutt work with Org mode (or vice versa)? I looked it up and I found a few old blog posts, but the code in them is incomplete. I'm an Org newbie. I only started using it last week, but I appreciate any guidance you could give me.

And even that may be overkill.”, just reply: “I know this guy whose ass has been saved many times by having separate /opt, /usr/local, /var/log, /var/www, /root and /home partitions, so, when things went wrong and he was forced to reinstall, the data on those partitions was always safe.”

Seriously, it makes no sense to me to have essentially _no_ partitions. That seems to me like Windows thinking.

Not a fan of Sean Tilley, and the article has several glaring errors, but I'm glad someone else agrees with me on the Fediverse not being the Utopia many made it out to be. It is the most toxic place I've ever been on the Internet. The only reason I'm still around is that there's good people too, most of them _not_ on Mastodon.
