Someone at the Sacramento rally just yelled over a loud speaker "We come here in peace!"

The guy streaming says they're arresting quite a few people. The cops all have face masks on under their clear plastic face shields and they're all wearing sunglasses. He said the police NEVER wear masks that this is a show for the media. He also said earlier that when the news cameras go live, the police start shoving people back, then when cameras stop, the police step back.

Okay, now the guy is right up in front of the police and the ones in front aren't wearing masks and they have their face shields flipped up. Cops in the background all have masks on. What does this all mean.
