Hello. I've looked at a couple of servers and finally settled here. What is particularly excellent and unique is the ability to follow another domain of interest and get its whole public timeline on your Home page or in a list. So I can easily keep an eye on what's happening on other servers. Everyone needs Domain Subscription!

@kefir Follows and followers... then Domain subscribes... on the left menu (under Follows and subscriptions). Put in some domains (eg mastodon.me.uk or mastodon.ie) and choose either a List of the Home timeline. You will get the federated (public) timeline from the servers you add in the list or Home timeline. qoto.org is running modified Mastodon server software - the standard software doesn't have this useful feature.

@peterwhisker yes, finally got around to testing this in a web browser. Even setting my mobile browser to desktop mode didn't help. But navigating to qoto.org/relationships works, even on mobile.
