今天学cbvivi做的农协鸡腿排,实际做才发现不粘锅涂层被刮花,导致鸡排煎到一半已经出现焦的迹象了,好嗨害怕,于是干脆双面煎到金黄以后,丢进烤箱烤了20分钟,吃的时候发现比较干,以后做的时候应该可以不用烤这么久~
