No i recognize russian's claim that NATO's expansion is threat to CSTO, made a statement on it https://qoto.org/web/statuses/107748480250380305 which proposed removal of NATO's s2a equipment that can be used to bomb russia and russia removing hypersonic nuclear weapons from the north of the EU to enable such step.
