Ukraine should sent Antonov An-225 (Mriya) on EU territory so that in case of the lost war scenario the russians don't get it as it could pose a major security threat to the EU due to it's carrying capacity to transfer nuclear weapons.
... Assuming that it's already repaired since the latest crash landing if not it should be considered to make it inoperative.
