EU has to realize that serbia can't join on the russian sanctions for the same reason to why germany is blocking the ban on russian oil.

Serbs are right to not follow-up on the sanctions and it's uneuropean to blame them for it.

If you want them to join on the sanctions then enable them to do so without fear of recession and lack of heating for the next winter.
