Opinion: Turkey's pass on sanction is critical in the conflict russo-ukrainian conflict
As that provides ukraine a neutral place for negotiations that is close + it's sanctions are not that effective on russia's economy due to erdogan's bad economical decisions that basically ruined turkey's economy atm.
Turkey would have a symbolic effect on the seizure of russian yachts that are currently using it's ports to avoid sanctions, but that's not really worth it to give up negotiation ground for ukraine.
