There are multiple reports of skin, eye and lung irritation causing coughing, vomiting and "after taste like swimming pool" for the last 7 days.
These are likely linked to the orc shelling in east of ukraine causing a chlorine fire and wind spreading the particles from it towards kharkiv city.
The exposure to the particles is guessed on around 30 ppm and less then 60 ppm so there shouldn't be a lung damage.

If you suspect that you were exposed to chlorine then consult with your doctor.
If you don't have access to the health care then first aid treatment is getting your head lower then your lungs and breathe heavily as chlorine is heavier than the air and tends to stay in the lower respiratory system

trying to stay in area with cleaner air as this risk is still ongoing today 15/06/2022-EU.
