@insurgentem Right, i am looking into the legal bullying in the US to force vaccines atm, thanks for pointing it out.

I am not aware of that being the case in the CA and in the EU i am only aware of Austria which seems to be just a political stunt and i expect the law to be over-ruled.

I talked about that with a relevant medical professional in the US who seems to say the same thing (oath is either not taken, they use modified version and minority uses the original), but it doesn't mean that they can engage in unprofessional, dishonorable or unethical conduct so even if they don't take the oath is integrated in the state law + you are still liable for criminal law violations.

Additionally i was told by relevant 3 medical professionals in the US that they would never vaccinate someone who does not agree with it citing that it's unethical and violates 14th ammendment.

But legally from what i understood there are cases such as https://www.oyez.org/cases/1900-1940/197us11 that used as a precedent in a modern law to force people in a vaccination.
So legally it depends how well can your elected officials and you defend yourself legally.

So i guess point being: Licensed medical professionals are not going to vaccinate you if you do not consent to it and you are protected by 14th ammendment on the subject, but 3rd party might legally bully you into submission.
