Also liking the way I can run the responsive site on my old iOS 12 iPhone 6 and its just as good as the app.
I've been asked to amplify something that makes this place different from the other place: it's Content Wrappers (or content warnings in old money). Think of it less of a warning and more as a filing system: if people don't want to read endless toots about PMQs they don't have to if you put a Content Wrapper on your PMQ toot. This applies to everything you post here. It's easy to do and allows users to skip the posts they're not interested in and engage with those they are.
Feeling a bit like a rapper halfway through my first week on Mastodon. Always singing about myself where “myself” is what’s happening to Mastodon through the migration of birds... #MastoMurmuration
Twitter Users Have Caused a Mastodon Meltdown | WIRED https://www.wired.com/story/twitter-users-mastodon-meltdown/
“What’s happening now is causing people to rethink social media,” says Gehl. Mastodon “is kind of designed to adapt, because it’s comprised of all these different servers,” he says. “It just takes a little time to shake out.”
@wilson Thanks for the favourite. You got a follow purely but not solely on your avatar😂 🐦
pretty handy, nice UI/UX, like the categorised aside on the right hand side of the viewport...
Or he be like: oh can you put me up for the night I just moved out of my last hotel. Oh and accommodation will need to be provided for my small skeleton staff of 12.5 million perhaps in an outbuilding? Cheers.
In-depth financial analysis of the bird site and the rocket man, regarding operating costs, from @TheCurrency_
Nice quality though… the video doesn’t look compressed at all… I wonder what the length limit on video is? And if it depends on your server? #MastodonQuestion (s)

Lovely to see mstdn.social being very performant this morning. Not sure if that's because election stuff is done, Americans are asleep or @stux has done more magic.
Remember mastodon servers ain't funded by ads or data-selling folks.
If you can, help your admin. For this instance, check out https://hub.mstdn.social/about/
