In a first for our house, we won't be handing out candy Friday. :(

Partly a continued decline in number of kids at door (last year I think we ended up with more leftovers than hand-outs), which leads to a general ennui of "do I really want to sit by the door for 3+ hours"? Add in that we were one of the last lit houses in our immediate vicinity... and yeah. We'll just pass this year.
